Detail - curves

A peek at some of the detail in my world... where I live to be more specific -
trying not to take the beauty of the every day for granted. Everywhere we look there is beauty - if we pay attention...

jacksont - for you! I go up and down these stairs about a zillion times a day. I am thankful that years ago someone spent time designing this amazing staircase... most days I take it for granted - we take so many things for granted - it is a shame. I am going to call today "pay attention Tuesday". The sun is shining -everyone in my family is OK -I am going to pay attention and be thankful for the many blessings in my life that I usually take for granted.

These pictures are amazing...love the detail shots! I am crazy jealous you get to live in such a neat place...very CORBU-ish. You know that architect? Le Corbusier, look him up. He is my favorite.
Thanks so much for this, I really needed it today. I got a phone call about my grandma this morning...she is barely hanging on. Looks like I will be going home in the nexr day or so. Thanks for your encouragement and positive attitude. It means more than you know.

Jacksont - we have a Corbu lounge in our living room...

I am sorry to hear about your grandmother - I will keep her and your family in my thoughts and prayers today.
