I am NOT a wedding photographer. I am humbled by the amazing work they do. Yes Tim, I am talking about men and women like you. A big job - a huge responsibility. Here are a few shots....from a recent wedding.... this takes alot of courgage for me to post... knowing how gifted some of you - out there are. :)
ackk!! goodness no! whyever would you want to take it down?? don't!! (: it's niiiiice!! rawr! i like the topmost picture. it's another brilliant work of portriature =D i like how each strand of eyebrow stand out sharply against the skin. beautiful. makes me think the groom to be one heck of a lucky guy^^ The mirror thing is cool, interesting how you capture just half the face. niiice! all the hands, getting things ready...the ring....the second, softer portrait...the shot of her going up the stairs (which is brilliantly done by the way) all work really well when shown together!! dont take it down!!! ((:
OK -so I might leave this post up a while longer. Thank you for all of your kind comments. I love shooting details... and it was a wonderful day. My husband, camera in hand, helped me cover the wedding. We had a great time - we shared a big high five at the end, went wine tasting with my brother and sister in law, and then flew home to cover my son and his girlfriends Homecoming. You know - Mom and Dad taking pics of them all dressed up! It was a perfect day.
