-soon the green wall will be gone... this part of our fair city is undergoing a major renovation. Thought I should capture it before it was just a memory.

No -crall the wall is really green. I've wondered who picked the color... and the previous colors...you can see them coming thru the peeling paint...they are all quite bright. ;) Thanks for asking.
This reminds me of the former divide between East and West Berlin...a colorful wall with a drab, concrete building on the other side. The thing that impressed upon me the most was the lack of color in the east contrasted by the colorful graffiti on The Wall.
