rain, rain, go away.....

Wet, wet, wet!
It has been rainy, drizzly, foggy, and grey since Christmas! Such strange weather. This time of the year we are usually up to our knees in snow. On the upside -no shoveling, no icy roads, no digging the car out every time you want to go somewhere...I do however miss the sun!!! According to a local weather station we have had 25 hours of sunshine this winter. Grey, grey, grey.

While looking for beauty and inspiration...and not wanting to post anything drab at the start of the New Year... this is my reality at the moment. I do think there is something stunning about the grey. We will soooo appreciate the sun when it comes out again!

Your house sounds amazing. I love houses with character and personality.

That IS Lola, but I found a better one. that was my favorite movie. I just like that image cause I have red hair and I like to run.

Oh and I totally know what you mean about not wanting anyone to know anything about you...but you are right. Sometimes it is nicer to meet over a cup of coffee!

Oh HAH. yeah, I am kinda listening to the Rose Bowl. I am slowly starting to support Texas. But you know, I am a Kansas State girl. I am conforming to some Texas teams...but never the Cowboys...Go Chiefs, and Packers!

Hi Sandi, I am curious to know in what state you live, if you are willing to share. I love hearing about and seeing your living weather and it would be wonderful to have a sense of place attached. Best wishes for the New Year! Jennifer
